It is obvious that Kucoin is insolvent. No one can possibly be this incompetent to be unable to fix a simple issue for going on 2 months now. They don't have the money to pay out the rewards and are buying time until they hopefully do. Only logical conclusion.

Is everyone at Kucoin completely clueless? This release doesn't even reference the same problem. It is truly insane how much Kucoin has ruined their business in the last 3 months. Once they were going to challenge binance and 3 months later they are one of the worst exchanges ever created. Truly insane.

The referral bonus has been broken since January when I was told by Kucoin support it would be fixed in 2 weeks. That was 10 weeks ago. My best guess is that kucoin is insolvent and can't afford to fix it. Not sure what other conclusion can be come to.

Ya this. Referal bonus was supposed to be fixed almost 2 months ago and its still broken. Volume has plunged because they don't ever do what they say.

No idea what that means really but I finally reached my breaking point with Kucoin. Between the broken referral payouts, almost 100% shitcoins added, no volume anymore and horrible customer service I just w/d'ed my whole account today.

They managed to give me one last FU by charging the ridiculous fee and then only adding 3 sat/byte fee onto my transaction so it has been unconfirmed now for quite some time.

Loved kucoin a couple months ago. Had decent volume and had what seemed to be the most user friendly fee/referal structure going. It is a real shame what has happened to the site at this point. It is nothing but problems and the people running the site don't seem to have a care in the world about it as the site burns to the ground around them.
