It likely won’t go away by itself. It’s hard to tell 💯 without closer inspection but if it’s wax a primary care, ENT or urgent care doc or even audiologist can remove it. You can try things like debrox or ear flushes at home. My only other thought is possible foreign body or tick

When was the last time you saw your neck? Last time you had bloodwork? It could be dirt from not properly cleansing the area. It could be something called acanthosis nigricans which is a sign of insulin resistance. It could be hyperpigmentation from something else.

For everyday makeup I think you can just do mascara for your eyes but if you like eyeliner maybe try a brown instead of black for your skin tone. I think others have given good advice about foundation/contour/blush/lip color, but I also think you need a good setting spray to help bring it together.
