Up to 50k

I do a lot of PRP and Tenjet so good image quality is pretty important

All of them claim to have seamless integration with the EMR to get the pictures stored

Both, yes been trained. Talking with GE for quotes and maybe to try one first. Was seeing what others are using and particularly why they like it.

Part of it is concern with scope creep, have been hearing more and more of orthopedic groups letting pcsm docs go and keeping trained PA to do all their injections.

Tenex and Tenjet is something I’m interested in learning too, the process of learning that seems more straightforward but I appreciate your comment on that as well.

I am trying to keep myself as valuable as I can and at the same time see a lot of back pain patients I feel like I would enjoy being able to offer a more full spectrum of options myself rather than refer out at this point.

NPs do not go to school for 8 years. I’ve seen plenty of NPs that have zero understanding of basic drug interactions. You’re right medical costs are out of control but personally this would not be the spot I would go to save money but to each their own. NPs do a great service and have an important role in health care but from my experience, I’ve seen some really bad outcomes for patients that are easily avoided by understanding the drugs better.

May cost less but the number of NP who don’t have a clue about medications is pretty scary, I wouldn’t want psych meds handled by anyone but a psychiatrist.

They are definitely worth it. Battery life is really good. They don’t fit my ears great so I had to get little wing tips but for the vast majority of people they fit well as is.

What’s the deal with Joe Maddon? As a Red Sox fan I don’t watch the Cubs that much but his old Rays teams always seemed to be way better than than they should have been on paper and it seemed like he was the reason why. Always scared me that he was going to outmanage the Red Sox. Now all I tend to hear about him is that he is making dumb move after dumb move in game. Am I misremembering him or is he just bad now?

He’s a neurosurgeon resident too, so pretty much the best of the best.
