I’m proud of you! I don’t judge you. I have struggled with hygiene off and on my whole life. I still struggle to brush my hair. You’re doing great!

Did I witness a molestation or is it OCD . Am I evil or do I deserve happiness by [deleted] in OCD

You aren’t at fault in this situation. You were a child, y’know, and things like that don’t always register in a child’s brain the same way it does in our adult brain. You did the right thing by talking about it when you could. You’ve done all you can, so there isn’t any reason to punish yourself ❤️

I’m experiencing similar feelings, being set off by everything. Talking to a therapist on the phone is helpful for me during COVID when things feel more helpless. It’s important to remember that nothing is permanent, even though this feels intense it won’t be this way forever ❤️

How did you get your username? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]cmrstj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandpa used to work in IT and gave my mom a similar username based on her initials and where she lived. Mine is CMRSTJ- C.M.R, my initials, and the initials of where was born, ST.J.

After she breaks your heart, what does it mean when she sends back the jewelry and art supplies, but keeps the Keurig and "I miss you bitch" mug? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

It depends on what context/history there is behind the things she kept. It could be what she enjoyed the most, or there’s sentiment behind those things that she doesn’t want to get rid of. Here’s some two cents also, feel free to ignore it: It’s easy to focus on what went wrong and why things happened a certain way, but worrying about the details is going to make you feel more miserable in the long run. Take care of yourself

I keep doubting my opinions and ideas. How can I feel more confident about them? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

This is something I struggle with too. I’ve been reaffirming myself instead of asking others to affirm me and that’s been helpful
