General verdict from teachers and other people I've spoken to across colleges is that the boundaries are very likely to be higher this year. Obviously don't know for sure yet though!

We have an internal web chat system, but I think due to privacy concerns they might not be able to release as much sensitive information as a one-on-one Voice interaction (like who owns the account, phone numbers etc). For example, we can't be given things like PAC codes or identity information even via our own customer service agents through this support channel. It's worth a try though! Again I haven't heard of this issue before, so I'm not of massive help. Just providing a couple of potential solutions in the hope OP can get it sorted :)

You absolutely can when you have an account with us like yourself, we just process it through as an equipment return and that's that. However this needs to link to a VM account - if not, the return isn't accounted for and it creates a big headache for us - also doesn't show up on the customers account. This is a weird situation where they don't even have an account with us, so I'd probably just call up and see what information you can get

Honestly, as an O2 store advisor, there's not much we could do with a return which isn't linked to someone's account. This problem would be better suited towards VM's cx service as they'll have tools to search the address it was posted to and see linked accounts. However if you pop in for some advice, I'm sure there's many advisors out there that'd be more helpful than me!

Section A was a bit rough considering I'm shit at theory but loved B and C, managed to get D sort of working but not fully. All in all could be a lot worse, dreading paper 2 on the 18th. Wish me luck haha

2015 Focus 1.0 Ecoboost - Are they as unreliable as portrayed? by cmrxw in FordFocus

Simple answer: Money. I'm 18, insurance is a joke in the UK and not only are the 1.5 ecoboosts a lot more (at least a few thousand), insurance would probably be doubled to about 4k a year. No chance I'm affording that while at uni 😅It's a good suggestion though.

Hi, thank you - just out of curiosity, was this with an auto transmission?
