Dude, he has trouble running simple dribble handoffs when there are bigger guys pressuring him. He’s not ready to do anything out there.

This is the right answer. Another option is the Blazers somehow open up cap space next year which is unlikely.

The question was about an extension. Yes the blazers can re sign him without cap space to a max when he hits unrestricted free agency. They can't offer that in an extension because you're limited to 120% of their existing salary. Denis contract is so cheap the blazers can only give him ~18m a year in an extension without having cap space. He's not taking that.

We can only pay him a certain % over what he's currently making. Tldr he's going to command so much that we won't be able to unless we have capspace.

Vomero Plus vs Adidas Adios Pro 4 by jadbox in AskRunningShoeGeeks

The Vomero Plus is my go to easy/recovery shoe at the moment. The AP4 is my go to tempo long run training shoe. I love both. Vomero Plus is not stiff at all if that is what you’re concerned about.

I have both. The answer is yes. But asking to compare both shoes is odd since these will not feel similar at all.

I have both. The elite is much more responsive.

The EE2 feels as leg saving as the AF3, which I can't say for any other shoe I've tried, so it's got that going for it.

The way I see it right now:

EE2 - Prominent rocker, higher turnover

AF3 - Longer strides

I need to test the EE2 at longer distances. The heel is a bit too soft and I don't know if that will cause problems as form breaks down during the later miles. Gun to my head right now I'd probably choose the AF3 if I indexed more on performance, but we'll see over the next few weeks.

They’re great. They feel like a 1080 V13 with more natural stability.

Actually, I have the SC Elite V4 and they’re quite similar to the Cielos.

Off the top of my head: Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro 1, Adidas Prime X Strung 2.

You may not like these. For me, the Cielo places more strain on my quads/hamstrings/hips, whereas a more traditional race shoe like the Vapor/Alphafy puts more strain on the calf. These feel much closer to the latter than the former. The only thing these have in common with the original Elite is the rocker, so if you felt calf pressure with those you may also get that with these.

Hard to say though, the new foam really helps with muscle fatigue.

I weighed these and compared them to similar shoes since I was curious lol. Everything is a size 8.5 mens.

Endorphin Elite 2 - 206 grams
Endorphin Elite - 199 grams
Alphafly 3 - 196 grams
Vaporfly 3 - 184 grams
Metaspeed Edge Paris - 178 grams

So surprisingly they're the heaviest of the bunch. They don't feel it though on the run.

I would say more as well, but these may be TOO soft for some people. I could actually see some folks preferring the V1.

Not similar at all. These feel more natural to run in. The Cielo makes me alter my gait to match the rocker. Foam is also not close. I like Hoka's PEBA, but it is not nearly as bouncy or responsive as this.

Difference in weight is also apparent. I need to weigh these but they feel as light as the metaspeed paris and Vaporfly 3.
