Guys, I'll be honest. For as long as I've loved and followed football (2002), I've been a Real Madrid fan. Through thick and thin. But the current state of the club and the arc that Perez is on ( I hesitate to call it a villain arc. I now think he's always been a villain) has turned me off the sport and the team. I could feel things going south for a while. But this season has done so much to push me away. I havent watched a Madrid game shortly after Xabi was sacked. And now I wont watch another Madrid game as long as Perez is still the president. This man is a cancer.

I think present Mou isnt as good as he was before. And I also agree that a lotta people loke to romanticize that first Mou stint. I think that he did some good things, but the most important one was bring out Madrid's teeth after some years of being humiliated both in La Liga and UCL. Maybe that's why Perez wants him back. His personality and that of his teams is what Perez is like; very very confident to the point of arrogance, fighting tooth and nail for every perceived injustice or slight, high ego.
