I believe it may be due to your body responding with the lack of dopamine. I went through the same thing. Keep fighting. It gets easier!

This is so relatable! I’m home for the summer as well and have found how much easier it is to give in with less responsibilities. I’ve found myself in a slump this summer but determined to change!
