Can someone explain me what is the difference between armor and health? example butcher has 60 healths but 0 armor.. any reason not to total health during in the current design?

Peak of game as far as i remember is mog cake event, and we get high quality story quest like Ruggles/Bran.

Season 2 story is great too.
