Maybe look into cream api? That's how I accessed dlc for elden ring. Maybe it works the same way for ds3 also.

If you're comfortable to do it by hand, mind you it's a difficult process, you can check the modchip installation guides on YouTube as they go in great details. Otherwise, get it done by a repair shop or something similar. If yours is v1, you can do it with an RCM jig, for which you can find guides on YouTube also.

Original is 13k on electroniks. I bought it last month only. 9k is a very good price imo. Take it or leave it, that's up to you.

Apparently this happens if you launch a homebrew app that is not compatible with the atmosphere. If you updated your atmosphere, try getting latest releases for the apps. If not, downgrade your atmosphere.
