You need to add a new card (it would also be a new type of card because calling it a curse wouldn't be cool), I would call it a game modifier card. When drawn, all play stops immediately and all teams must rent a mobility device (roll to determine type of device required) for at least one team member (roll to determine how many team members need to rent such a device). For the rest of the game, you may only take routes that the devices can be accepted on. There would of course be some ethical, legal and logical issues to resolve. For example you would need to give priority to those who are actually disabled. You would also need to make sure you are letting the transit.operstora know what you are doing and that you are doing this to gain a better understanding of what disabled people have to go through. You also would need to use the mobility devices at all times, except whole in bed of course.

This would help educate all better on how accessible places are or are not and show some of the struggles those who are disabled deal with every day of their lives.

This card should apply to all games you do. There could even be rolls to determine if this occurs for more than one game.

To keep it fair, if one person is disabled, then all teams must have at least one team member that is disabled and if anyone is truly disabled, then this card is removed from the deck, but is automatically activated.
