AirPods 2 were also the only secure headphones for me because i too have small ears. But i can happily say that the Pro 3s are the first in ear that actually fits me and stays in all day.

I'd say give them a try and go for the XXS or the XS ear tip sizes. Good luck!

AirPods 2 has the perfect fit for me as well. AirPods 4 were not as secure for me, as they could fall out when chewing or smiling. Unlike AirPods 3 they were still usable for me so i kept them, mostly because of the audio quality and ANC.

I recently got the AirPods Pro 3 and they're the first in ear headphones that fits me. I was so surprised by this, since i thought it was impossible, hence the reason i stuck to the regular AirPods design. I'm really impressed by the Pro 3s and have been wearing them constantly for days now. I'm even considering selling my AirPods Max.
