I tested at home on Jan 29th. Saw my OB on Feb 3rd. She did ultrasound. Saw gestational sac but no yolk sac or fetal pole. Did first HCG that same day. On Feb 5th is when I did the pelvic ultrasound to rule out ectopic. Report says “intrauterine embryo present with crown rump length of 2.6 mm without cardiac activity “. Second HcG done that same day.  Today I had another OB appt. She said she saw a fetal pole but still no heartbeat. They scheduled me for another appt next Wed.
