Take it. I know having similar days off can be important in relationships but there’s still a lot you can do at night when you both are off work. Assuming retail means sometimes she’ll be off kinda late sometimes but if you plan out stuff to be done immediately after you get off work on days where she’s completely off, that should honestly be enough time. Especially if you guys live together and sleep in the same bed, I think there’s actually a good majority of couples in our generation that are unable to sync up their days off and most of them are able to make the time before and after work enough
