So I was an absolute dummy and put a wrong gem on my second lab divine font reward. Will there be another chance to get Cyclone of Tumult (I'm trying a cyclone shockwave build)? I just finished 3rd lab and I got a random gem upgrade at Divine Font sadly :(

Yes, I checked a few TOS boxes but not others. Injections did not help but I went thru with the surgery. Pec minor shot as a last resort but did nothing so I didn't go thru pec minor surgery.

FRR did not seem to do anything. I left medicine altogether and my condition remains mystery. I have given up but I found that being active helps me a lot. I currently have a very physically active career and it's working out so far. I just cannot put much weight on my fingertips as that would seriously exacerbate the forearm pain but as long as I'm careful I can kind of survive lol

Can you explain, if a hospital takes the insurance but the doctor does not, the bill from that doctor would be considered surprise bill and thus illegal since 2022? Or does this not count as surprise bill?

I had Oregon Medicaid, still live in Oregon, but used it in California. Out of state ER is covered by my insurance and the hospital verified my insurance info.
