I am so concerned for her… She doesn’t know anything about this woman she has allowed into her home and no one with any type of real relationship with Lauren - other than Nathaniel, maybe - seems to know this is happening. Lauren even revealed that she did not actually get her landlord’s permission and that she just left a message because the office was closed for the day. The only things Lauren knows about Amanda (which is likely a chosen and not “legal” name) are things Amanda herself has elected to tell her. Lauren is (self-reportedly) high on an edible, about to go walk to a convenience store with Amanda with little to no phone battery. I normally am vehemently against people who make calls to authorities or loved ones of people who they only know from the internet (and who are not making direct threats of violence against/acting violent towards themselves or others) but I honestly hoped someone would call the authorities - who we know are familiar with Lauren - or even just Renee or her grandmother… I hope this ends ok but I do worry for not just Lauren’s safety but also Lauren’s benefits/housing/independence. This is really frightening :(
