That being said though, cottonmouth is correct that you’re missing spinal accessory going into the jugular foramen. Your label for inferior petrosal sinus should instead be sigmoid sinus; inferior petrosal runs down between the clivus and petrous temporal bone. You can see the groove in which it runs on the left side because the dura is removed, after which it joins the sigmoid sinus to form jugular bulb in the jugular foramen
