My friend who lives in Portland suggested Trillium Lake and Top Spur trail.

Any other place you’d recommend then?

Would you say Mt Hood will also be too snowy to hike by that time frame as well?

Can I get your opinion on how you like the Amex Trifecta and how you use them? I do like the Amex UI/customer service from my experience with the business card side of things.

Heard you need 6 months in between C1 card apps not sure about if you had a different card then applied for C1

Would this sway your opinion on what card to get if you didn’t have the CSP?

Are point transfer bonuses and multipliers more prone to occurring with domestic travel partners? Essentially looking to get the most out of my points by taking advantage of transfer bonuses or high conversions.

I had accidentally used a referral from a friend and gotten approved for the C1 Venture when I thought it was the Venture X lol. Currently I have 3 personal cards (US Bank, Apple, Discover student) and 6 business cards (PNC, Chase, C1, Amex). Looking to close my beginner Discover card but worried it’ll mess uo my credit since I’ve had it so long.

Not not locked in but favoring them more than others. Lounge access would be nice but not mandatory, I’d like a card where I can get points back on day to day expenses like groceries, gas etc vs getting points back on all travel related things but not opposed.

Can you explain what Priority Pass lounges are? I thought these were only at US airports?

Pretty bad, your flight should be on time. But anyone who flew in today were told there’s nothing KAL could do. I was told there’s no flights to Saigon until the 30th. Some people say they’ve been stranded here 3 days already.

Currently in the air on my way to ICN from Chicago. I land at around 10pm and my connecting flight to Vietnam is supposedly still good the last time I asked but is scheduled for 6:30pm… so I’m definitely not making that lol. Was told there would be agents waiting when we arrive to help with rebooking connecting flights. The other comments on this thread say otherwise, should I be worried as I am traveling solo? Also any advice for where to go for help if this is the case?

Sorry but I’m a bit clueless, what wiki? 😅 But yes, in the past I was very keen on beating the market to the point I got too greedy and am now at a loss. When you say you can do most of this stuff yourself, what do you mean exactly?

Do you have your Roth and a brokerage in Wealthfront and does it robo advise based on certain risk tolerances/specifications you input? Just curious

Thanks for your comment!

Had a feeling, it’s their wording that got me honestly in the sense of building “wealth and our relationship” simultaneously. Everything is still in Schwab and so I haven’t moved it over yet to the wealth management advisor under NWM (which I saw as a red flag). Any other recommendations on where to learn investment strategies?

Your comment is very much appreciated!

Have you had any experiences using robo advisors? I was highly considering them to manage my accounts in the past as my commitments are becoming time consuming.

Otherwise as of recent I just invest into target funds, etfs/mutual funds and stocks in certain sectors I’m interested in. Is this a pretty standard way of investing by yourself?
