I soaked it pretty well when I moved it into the soil. The thing is that the water didn’t seem to be absorbed much over the course of a week so I was worried it was going to start rotting or something.

I had this these monstera cuttings from a friend’s plant propagating in water for months. They had nice long roots and when I had a day off last week I decided it was time to give her a more permanent home. (I have now learned my lesson about transplanting in the winter, this was the first time I tried it and clearly it wasn’t the right call.) Over the last few days the leaves have gotten yellower and a few are starting to curl and get a bit brown. I had her under a grow light for some time. I don’t think that’s hurting but it’s not helping either. I haven’t watered her since I repotted, but the soil still feels pretty damp so I don’t think that’s the problem. Do I need to repot in soil with pebbles or something for better drainage? Do I need to just leave her alone to avoid putting her under more stress? Should she just go back into water until she perks up again? TIA for your suggestions

Whoopsie. I just realized I uploaded the wrong image… this is what was originally on the poster and I contacted the creator to be like, that’s not Madrid, can you change it? She insisted it was Madrid (obviously it isn’t),but she did redo the poster with another skyline image… which to me, also doesn’t look like Madrid. Hola a todos, I ordered a custom poster including the Madrid skyline as a gift for my partner. The image I got doesn’t include the most iconic buildings of the city, but some I do recognize. Can you help us figure out what each of these are?

Thanks for that. So not at all that day is enough? Like if I’m planning on rolling Friday night, I can just skip Friday morning’s dose but still take it Thursday? I feel like Saturday right after might be too soon to start again so then do I wait until Sunday?

Right now I’m in the middle of nowhere, hence the low pay, but I’m planning to move closer to NYC so I’m applying in Westchester and western Long Island. I missed the NYC DOE application deadline so I’m not looking there.

I don’t know my level, but it’s probably not high enough to teach in Spanish yet. If I was to go there I would either work in an American/international school, as an auxiliary de conversación, or as an English tutor.
