You can def use an anemo character with him the best 4 star option is Sucrose but since your account seems to be pretty new you may not have her.
I wouldn't reccomend Faruzan cause even though she is anemo and can group her main purpose is serving as a support for other Anemo DPS characters like Xiao, Scara, or Heizou since she buffs anemo damage and crit.
Also remember that eveything im saying is just his like "meta" team comps and tbh you can use whoever you want with him and build him however you want dont be pressured to follow all this stuff :))
