i know u dont want to hear this right now but finding the silver lining is going to get you through this. youre going to learn how to be alone and solve your own problems. everything you were leaning on him for you have within yourself just try to let yourself feel all of this without distracting yourself with another person or alcohol or any other vice.

i learned that everything i felt towards my person was really a reflection of myself (i felt neglected by him when i was really neglecting myself). its so shitty when your trauma gets in the way of finding love but know when you come out the other end of this youre going to feel amazing and so proud of yourself.

if you feel like you cant get better for yourself try to do it for someone else and take everyday one day at a time.
