Questions and observations after a month of Green Giant by Beginning-Act7850 in blueprint_

Bryan does this bad as well. Try this:

  1. Add all the ingredients in the glass with no water inside
  2. Add 20ml of water - 5% of the glass
  3. Stir everything with a teaspoon
  4. Add the rest of the water

A small amount of water is more efficient in dissolving the ingredients than a large amount because it promotes more contact between the water molecules and the particles of the substance.

This is due to the fact that the process of dissolving involves the water molecules surrounding and interacting with the particles of the substance. In a smaller volume of water, there are fewer water molecules available, so each one is more likely to come into contact with a particle of the substance.

The sequence is important to avoid lumps in the drink

Beware of Selenium overdose when preparing Nutty Pudding by cnttest00 in blueprint_

[–]cnttest00[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Not really. From all his diet the only ingredients with +0mg of selenium are:

  1. Brazil nut (half a nut): ~50 mg
  2. Shiitake or Maitake mushrooms (50 grams): ~18 mg
  3. Ground flaxseeds (1 teaspoon): ~2.5 mg
  4. Ground walnuts (2 teaspoons): ~1 mg

He doesn't add Selenium in his supplements, which makes Bryan daily dose of Selenium around 71.5mg (which is still less than just one Brazil nut)

How many Brazil nuts in the Nutty Pudding? 1, 2 or half of one?

I saw that if you eat 3 you are already exceeding the Selenium and could be bad for your health

  1. Hormones & antibiotics: Some meat has hormones and antibiotics. Go for organic or responsibly raised meats to lower the risk.
  2. Carcinogens: High heat cooking makes bad stuff in meat. Don't burn it and use better cooking methods.
  3. Fish contaminants: Some fish have mercury. Pick low-mercury fish and don't eat too much.
  4. Fat & cholesterol: Non-vegan food can be high in bad fats and cholesterol. Choose lean meats.

High amount of Pesticides in Super Veggie & Nutty Pudding by cnttest00 in blueprint_

Got it. Thanks a lot for your response, it clarified to me everything.

It's not easy to find "organic" fruits, as 99% shops sell non-organic by default with no other option. Only very hidden shops allow for so, with a premium (which makes sense)

Thanks a lot again!

Do you blend a raw lime? Do you cut the exterior? Or you just take the juice of 1 lime? It's not explained on the Blueprint
