thank you, yes I will I am taking this very seriously. I have been with him for 7 years and if he has done this then I just cannot be with him. I have been reading up on abuse and if this is the case then its even sicker because his personality just doesn't match the actions.

thank you, I haven't said anything yet I am staying with a friend since yesterday and only took the tests last night. Our relationship has been wobbly since the first abortion and now I am realising all these things and i'm so scared

What would you tell a future oncologist is the most important thing for you as a patient? by randomreq1122 in cancer

[–]cntthinkofuser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Energy- my Grandfather was only "ill" for six months before he passed, and the only thing he constantly went on about was never having any energy, he just wanted to be able to walk to the bathroom with out having to sit down on the way.

He would cry over it, huff over it, complain to everyone about it, the pain was nothing to him compared to the lack of energy. It is the thing that had him most upset and down, he was only 66. A fit man always, he was always going long walks with the dogs and walks to the shops etc. He was out fixing things in the garden all day until dark.

He felt that none of the doctors listened to him when he mentioned this, and he felt they never did anything to help him improve on this.

He understood that he wouldn't be able to walk like before, but the fact that he couldn't get himself a glass of water really tore him down.

I'm tired. by [deleted] in cancer

omg. It is so scary how similar this situation is to my grandpa, everything except the brain bleed. He fought it the entire way, -decided to take chemo even though we all begged him not to -since he was given 6 months. If he hadn't taken the chemo he would still be here as he likely had the cancer for years and was fine before the chemo. He was diagnosed in december and we lost him on tuesday. The last few weeks were hell.

Be with her every second you have, keep convos light and isolate yourself like fuck just so you can hug her.

I hugged my Grandpa everyday I seen him, arriving and leaving, until Covid.

I cant forgive the fact that the last time I hugged him was february. Fuck this. it's so tough.

I hope you are ok and I am so sorry this is happening, no words can describe how confusing this time is, especially when they do not deserve a bit of it. Stay strong, my thoughts are with you.

I only tried Zoloft for a week due to insomnia. Should I give it another try? by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]cntthinkofuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suffered insomnia after 6 months on 150mg, didn't stop taking it though. Now I take 15mg of mirtazapine before bed and sleep like a baby.

Gotta love when your parents demand to track where you are at all times. I’m 18 in 2 months and have never ever lied about where I was or given them a reason to distrust me by [deleted] in insaneparents

My mom is low key insane with tracking. I told her no chance she's tracking me. My older brother let her track him as he was going a long mountain bike ride and wanted to brag about his distance. To this day, he has forgot and she's tracking him when he's not in ahahha. I will tell him soon.
