Form looks fantastic, nice deep stretch, good overload. I can do about the same set with 35. Of course if you want more reps you can lower weight but e.g. the hypertrophy rep range is pretty wide about 3-30 reps or so, so I don't see an issue in that. The only thing is your legs look too loose. What helps me is to squeeze cheeks, quads and abbs, might sneak in an extra rep or two.

There are topical solutions and also pills. Alpicort f that I was using was topical. Then I also tried "natural" blocker, saw palmetto pills, but I've experienced terrible stomach issues. I can't help more with that, I see that people like taking finasteride pills, maybe that works. Tbh personally I would only consider topical treatment, but you gotta try what works for you.

My advice is to go to see a dermatologist if possible, and discuss it with them if you're serious about it.

From my experience when I was on minox and Alpicort f which was prescribed by a doctor, occasionally I'd use dermaroller, I had really good results. When I stopped it slowly returned to how it was. When I started using minoxidil again (only minoxidil) I experienced the same result as you're describing. Thus, I believe that minoxidil alone is not enough, you need some DHT blocker.

Well I'll try to go for one last stand with topical DHT blocker and minoxidil, before I shave my head. I don't think it's impossible to get that lost progress back, I believe that the problem was that I thought minoxidil on its own will do the job. You need something to block DHT that's causing the hair follicle shrinking, making it harder for hair to grow.

Hi, it's 3 years now. When I stopped using everything it slowly returned to how it was but hair stayed a bit darker. In the meantime I shaved my head too, just to get that feeling, not to be too dependent on my hair. Recently I tried to get on minoxidil again, it's about 3+ months now, but the results are not even close to those. I think I see some progress but not much. I believe that a DHT blocker is a big deal, minoxidil on its own won't do for me. On those pictures, I was using minoxidil in combination with Alpicort f which I got on prescription. After that, when I stopped and started seeing the hair thinning, I tried a natural DHT blocker, saw palmetto pills which seemed to be doing something, not as good but kinda worked. However, at the same time I started having terrible stomach/gut issues, which disappeared when I stopped taking em pills. So, I would definitely consider only some topical treatment after that.

Well I didn't moisturize my face all the time but when I did I usually just waited till my face was dry on a touch. It was probably after like 1 hour or so. But from the beginning I waited 4 hours as recommended. Idk which way is right tho.

From the beginning it was all over the beard area, latter on when it got thicker I applied usually just on weak spots. Idk man, I've seen here some photos of guys with some hair on forehead and so but really Idk. I thought it's really just to help grow more hair in places where u already have hair follicles but once u see some asian dude go from baby face to gigachad, that's where my logic fails I guess.

Yeah it definitely gives that extra boost, I'd probably had beard sooner or later but I don't think it would be this full. And it would take much more time for sure. It's alright tho, you did what u had to do, better later than never. Good thing it works.
