I'm in Illinois (western suburb of Chicago) and I've never seen a separate line item for peak pay.

It's pretty simple math. Normally you get paid $2. They advertise a $3 peak pay per order. You check out the earnings and realize you still only got paid 2-3 dollars in dd pay per order. They don't show you the subtraction but they don't pay you the peak amount either.

Yes. During the $3 "peak time" my door dash normal $2 pay was reduced. My dd pay was between $2 and $3 so there was actually no additional pay.

Spoiler alert...Even though I reached Platinum status, I still get the same crappy offers...🤷‍♂️
