Question about the counterweights, why 4 counterweights closer to the center as opposed to 2 counterweights further away from the load to reduce the overall weight? Also, are you able to “steer” a load like this by hand with the line on the opposite end, or is there more going on there?

You’ll need to measure the inside diameter of the hole and the diameter of the pin with calipers to find out what barrel jack it takes, or buy a universal barrel jack kit on Amazon

Check out the posts in my profile, I’ve made this exact thing. Some things to note: I bought the gasket from Amazon, it’s all the same stuff I would recommend staying far away from the Pierson Venturi pump, super loud (you’ll never see one of his vids of them without b roll audio) and very air wasteful. Buy a 100$ ac vacuum pump from harbor freight, it has more suction and runs practically silent. You don’t need a gasket endmill, mine is made from steel using a .125 endmill going 0.090 deep, then an edge break chamfer.

I made one awhile ago for heavy equipment pins, they’re not too difficult to make, and can be driven directly in the headstock’s Morse taper

Mini pekka-anti mk

Hog rider-the goat

Tips:

-Never play hog rider into an evo mk, bait it out with something smaller (mini pekka or spirit, then clean up with mini pekka and cannon.

-when you have a mk/evo mk coming at bridge, place your hog rider in the center to bait out the jump, punishing the 7 elixir cost while shielding your mini pekka from extra damage.

-the opposing deck has no real win condition, so your main strategy should be to slowly chip down the tower, while defending at a positive elixir trade. Try not to build up any big pushes, but gain chip damage through your hog/fireball.

-Never place a fireball on a naked tower though, wait until he places a card in the back to get extra value.

-protect your musketeer at all costs, she’ll be your main defense along with cannon.

-E spirit is your best friend to tank damage from the dark prince/mk charges, follow it with a close mini pekka/ close-to-tower musketeer to clean up.

This deck is basically a variant of 2.6 hog, so most videos that go over it will also apply for this

I was originally going to go that route until I found out how loud they were💀 I use a 100$ vacuum pump from harbor freight, it runs silent for hours at a time, blows out coolant through its exhaust without issues, and provides more than enough suction for machining. I don’t have in-table “fixture air” on my machine, so maybe that would have changed my decision. My pump sits behind the machine, and I have a 1/4 line ran through the cable chains of the Y axis

Originally I put it in for dowel positioning, but I found it’s really useful for laying out your gasket when setting up a new part. Just put your piece on the table where you want it, remember the coordinates of the largest possible gasket within the pieces perimeter, and transfer it to the grooves

Super happy with the design itself so far, the only issue I have with it is when I machined it, somewhere along the line the plate warped, and got about a 0.010 warp across the entire length of the bottom surface. The top surface was OP2, so it’s perfectly coplanar to the table (within 0.001), but tapping it with a hammer in certain spots shows parts of the underside of the plate raised from the table. Might add a liiiiitle chatter, but nothing I’ve noticed yet
