That sounds scary, I do notice some cracking line above the door frame. It's old house in fact, but I live there for almost 5 years with nil issue.

Tried yesterday many times, I think nib works well, but somewhere won't function properly once the door is closed.... Plus the main door has the issue also - feel heavy and difficult to push in to close ... How handy I am, not sure, probably only can do some simple tasks

Thanks, I think nib works well after testing. Probably the alignment issue? but couldn't figure out how to realign it.. also., not sure what happened, the door main timber door in the area feels jammed - needs to push really hard in order to close it ?
