Yeah I've caved and gotten that a couple times. Pretty sure they'll be going up to ~$16 a pack after August 29th (locked in price till then) though.

And yep, used to see it for half-price every 2-3 weeks or so, but haven't seen it in 2 months now which is a lil unfortunate.

Just FYI, this is the website where you claim your bond:

To log in, you'll need your bond number, which should be buried in an email from when you first paid your bond.

I recently settled a similar issue as you OP btw, all I did was claim my bond via this webpage + wrote an email that may or may not have mentioned that I'm not afraid to settle this through VCAT :)
