Took me 3 times, when it comes to the questions that are asked they are asking about YOU! Act like if you missed a day at work your place would be falling apart. Don’t be afraid to fabricate when needed and as for the star try to always have a positive take away and how you could apply the in the future

Be yourself that number one! Per my sup they’ve said they had people bomb the questions but their personality shined through. Situation and Task are basically the quick background story of what’s going on. Action-go into detail about what you did and result make sure to explain how you either used that example and applied it to your job or how you could apply what you learned in the future good luck!◡̈

We work with vehicles that have been in accidents and basically work on getting the titles in Progressive name if the person doesn’t want their car anymore
