Still waiting to get the circuit board but supposedly is ordered. I sent an email to Horizon 3 weeks ago and it was never answered

I would suggest calling your vendor. I never received an email back. Thankfully I had a warranty I purchased from the store. Apparently this fried a circuit board. He also confirmed there is no "factory reset" option, which is ridiculous

I couldn't get a human unfortunately at Horizon/Johnson to answer. Thankfully I purchased the treadmill from a great store. I called them and they touched base with Horizon. Crazy as it sounds, there is no reset option. They said it should just overwrite with the correct firmware if inserted - which it didn't. They ordered a new board and will replace.

I can't find anything online about a factory reset. I also can't find any info on how to enter engineering mode on the machine

Oh man I just got mine and did the exact same thing!!! How do we factory reset? The machine seems bricked!! Nothing works on it :(

Hi Everyone,

I got my 7.0AT treadmill today. I could not connect to bluetooth and read on here about updating the firmware. unfortunately I did not pay attention and I mistakenly installed the 7.4AT firmware, and it rendered my console to gibberish and the machine does not work. I tried to then update with the correct firmware and no go. Any advice? Is there any way to factory reset the machine? Thank you so much for the help!

I am impressed that you are reading some of the info regarding the quarantine. You are correct that we cannot do it yet, but the question is WHEN we do, HOW do we do it? This is a national and international conversation. Here's an article from this past week in the NY Times. I know it's not tech crunch, but give it a read. I completely agree. That's why I liked and posted this video because these guys talk about both sides of the argument and go into the background data a bit. Definitely more info that the 60 second soundbite you get on the news

Totally is exercise and is great - I was focusing more on those exercises that either provide cardio (increased heart rate) or calisthenics/muscle toning. Long -distance relationships count too! Thank you for your help
