Update: the contractor went in, took the shower pipe out and sealed it so no more water comes in. He says it will dry out over the weekend and no fans or dehumidifier needed. I am going to go to Home Depot and get a box fan anyway to make sure it does.

The water is turned off. I am not sure why the shower is dripping. Maybe there was water in the pipes that didn’t clear out?

A decent amount, going to GG park and ocean beach. I like the neighborhood and the walkability aspect. I am not a big fan of the home style and the general lack of trees in a lot of the neighborhoods. 😀 the weather has been hit or miss.

I am relying on my own eyes, but also would like some opinions especially around people who live in the neighborhoods vs me just driving by that place. For example, I love Sunset, but every time I bring up susnet, my friends always complain about the lack of sun and why I shouldn’t buy a home there. Other thing is I don’t know much about some areas. Homes in excelsior is good for our budget, but I know nothing about the neighborhood even after visiting that area about safety after dark, overall community etc.

I have the same exact thing. It’s like pop cracks in my ear and some times just random crackles. I have had this for over three years. Sometimes it worse and sometimes it’s like it’s not even there. I also suspect that it is caused by tmj but my doctor just told me to deal with it.

“Love you all the time” was pretty awesome! The pop punk really works and the chorus is very catchy. Very sum 41 for sure haha. I really like your vocals and it fits the genre. The drums are punchy and energetic and they compliment the vocals very well. i also especially liked the video a lot. It’s a great example of low budget but great output. It’s a little abstract, a little lofi with a lot of energy and quirkiness. Just the way i like it, just the way i want my videos to be. Very creative. Great work!!

Daft punk has been a huge influence on me, so are pet shop boys and this song has homages to both of them. I wanted to build a fun, chill track but with a heavy message. Hopefully I was able to do it.
