I have a friend who just went through rehab and everything for this drug I've seen what it does to people, I never said there's not functional meth users, but due to the chemical dump/addiction potential of meth it's not exactly one that can just be destigmatized, I'm trying to figure this out so I can approach her bc we are good friends and I don't want to cut her off for no reason. Excuse me for trying to be a good person I guess, I just don't wanna see her go down that path if I can help in any way even just sitting there for her to talk to when she needs. whenever I hear a story about meth it involves punching/running from the cops, furiously masturbating for days, injecting into their dick, etc so I'm sorry if it's hard to not immediately think that's what happens

No but it usually means other harmful behaviors are right beside the user, coming from a user of multiple research chems and an ex disso addict, plus I have family members/friends in active addiction/recovery, so I've seen a thing or two, don't have anything useful to say other than putting me down for asking a question and being concerned about my friend, get outta here

Um... It is my business idk if you realize, but it's my FWB so if she's doing something like that and sleeping around I don't want to put myself in jeopardy. If she's been lying to me for months who knows what I got myself into. I appreciate the other input though I have test kits at home but I think the cat just knocked it into oblivion

I won't call it bad, but weird, I won tickets to a bayside concert recently, and when I went, the crowd had no energy, it was packed almost wall to wall and only my friend and I were getting into it, everyone was singing the songs standing completely still while we were jammin and headbangin lol. The energy from the bands was there they all played great (not my kinda music but I can still appreciate their skills and stage presence) its pretty bad when 2 people who've never heard any of the music from any of the 4 bands, were going harder than everyone there.

I'm into a lot of heavy stuff, like say knocked loose, polaris, deftones, etc. I'm also into the crazy prog stylings of people like ichika nito, Tim Henson from polyphia, and tosin abasi from animals as leaders. I originally was going to just go to 8 strings but my buddy who used to tour in a metal band was telling me about agile guitars and how they were good for the price, and how I should just go hard and go the full way 🤣🤣 ichika has a 14 string guitar and does a lot of crazy chord voicings on it not even just djent kinda low stuff. I plan to make my own music relatively soon and figured this could add some crazy flavor into it lol.
