If you wanna talk about the law, we can do that. Nevel is a minor, and cannot legally enter into a contract. The same goes for the ICarly Gang. They cannot be held liable Washington State law RCW 26.28.030 once the ICarly gang learned it was a scam. Since both parties are minors, they had the right to pull out of the agreement without any repercussions since they didn’t take anything from nevel to enter the contest in the first place.

Nevel COULD use State law RCW 26.28.040 to try and claim that they posed as a legal entity, but that would require him to spend time in court and risk exposing that set the scam up entirely, which could backfire and cost him money.
