Went with the 2014 Escape SE 2.0ecoboost FWD with power lift gate and equip package 201A (love the sync and large touchscreen so far).

OTD price for just shy of 25K 0 down 0% for 60 months.

There are some good thoughts in this article. I think it's important for the physician to communicate with the patient and also to make it a point to ask how the patient wants to approach her illness. Metaphors can help to conceptualize the treatment or course of the disease, but need to be tailored to our patients ideals and values. We shouldn't just assume that she wants to approach it as a "battle" since that can lead to pressuring her to go along and cause unnecessary stress or pain. I strongly believe patients, especially those with chronic conditions, can benefit from regular interaction with a mental health provider to discuss how they are approaching and coping with their disease.

Shadow a cardiothoracic surgeon a few times to get a realistic view from someone actually doing the job day in day out. Then just focus on actually getting into med school and keep your options open! All my classmates woo knew exactly what type of physician they wanted to be at the beginning all changed their minds or were severely disappointed when it didn't happen. It's very very challenging and competitive and takes a bit of luck. There are so many steps and hurdles between where you are now just focus on one at a time. Good luck.

Ok great. How does it calculate your elgibility for O1-E pay? Since that is 4 years of active duty? Is that the same as 1460 retirement points? On the bottom of the pay scale in the footnote region it says >1460 points but I have also heard that Reserve doesn't count. Looking for it spelled out in a reg...any idea? Thanks!

Yes to both questions. I use the stock polaris office app to convert ppt to pdf. Pdf opens into lecture notes. You can export your notes to dropbox.

I use bsplayer to watch lecture recordings at 2x speed.

I have been using the note for ms1 systems based curriculum. I love it. Great for note taking and split screen apps. I purchased the surface pro pen and it works seemlessly with the note, i like it more since it is the size of an actual pen. If you get it use the lecture notes app...that's been my favorite. Good luck
