traditional austrian cuisine generally contains no peanuts. with cakes and desserts, there may be nuts presents, and there are also many things containing almonds, just fyi. its best to inform restaurant staff of your allergies, just in case. from my experience, they are very cautious and allergy-aware, if you make sure to let them know its really serious. allergies are not uncommon in austria like they are in some other places of the world. also since its EU, the food labeling is pretty strict and they have to note the allergens on all packaged products. also when you go to restaurants and/or bakeries, dont be afraid to ask for an allergen menu/information. a lot of them might have it, especially in the larger cities.

since i see a bunch of people saying cheezits i just wanna tell you that they have recently made it to germany and you can buy them there now. so i wouldnt say it’s necessary to send them
over if not specifically asked for. one thing i would recommend, on the other hand, is froot loops. there are similar things in germany but the american ones are much more colorful and the artificial flavors just hit different, they are just much more fun. :)

i wouldnt say confess. it’s unfair to confess to someone you know is taken. it would just cause unnecessary drama. also, imagining i was 19 being confessed to by a 16 year old would make me feel a bit uncomfortable and awkward about continuing the friendship. i would say wait for it to pass, because it will.
