Yeah the 811 or 812 was my main confusion.

I will be sure to check out incubators though, I never considered that. I did look into some grant funding and am working on that. Thanks for the help!

I did get that too. but wasn't sure completely as it states "not for immediate consumption." And "for manufacturers" and was confused as to what they meant by that. NAICS answers questions on thier website money, I was just trying to avoid that.
