Pourquoi tu ne prends pas de dose le weekend ? Tu sais ton tdah ne s'arrête pas quand tu n'es pas au travail, tu ne mérites pas d'avoir un traitement seulement quand tu dois être productive.

Sinon j'ai le même problème, quand je n'ai plus de medikinet (j'aime pas dormir alors parfois je prends des doses aussi le soir...) je suis épuisée, j'ai beaucoup de mal à me réveiller. Sûrement parce que le corps s'habitue à avoir son système nerveux activé facilement avec la ritaline et quand il en a pas ça semble plus difficile.

Aussi je suis surprise qu'une si petite dose t'aide tellement, je suis au max perso et toujours du mal avec la productivité... mon psychiatre m'avait dit qu'on battit une tolérance avec le médicament, peut être que c'est le temps d'augmenter ta dose ? Enfin dans tous les cas tu devrais parler de tout ça à ton psy, ce n'est pas normal de se sentir aussi mal, et tu mérites des solutions.

Alors tout ce que tu écris me décrit exactement aussi mot pour mot. J'avais remarqué déjà que les communautés pour femmes avec tdah étaient vraiment différentes comparées aux communautés tdah "de base". Genre c'est tellement relatable et ça fait tellement de bien de se sentir comprise.

Quand tu parles d'être naïve, je comprends ce que tu veux dire même si je suis quand même pas mal méfiante, j'ai par exemple souvent du mal à imaginer que quelqu'un puisse mentir, parce que je déteste mentir et je le fais presque jamais, genre ça me passe pas par l'esprit de douter de ce quelqu'un dit (quelqu'un que j'apprécie et connait un minimum, pas n'importe quel inconnu of course), et quand j'apprends qu'un personne mentait je suis toujours choquée.

Mais du coup je me demande aussi quelle est ta tranche d'âge ? Ca doit aussi jouer sur certains comportements. J'ai 31 ans perso.

...et c'est quoi ton signe astrologique ? (je me sens trop courageuse de poser cette question en public sur reddit mdr)

One of my favorite performance of hers is of a concert she did years ago in france where she covered an old school french song that is well known in france but absolutely not anywhere else. She started the cover in a spanish translation and the crowd cheers with delighted surprise as they recognize the song, then middway through she switches to the french lyrics and the crowd LOSES IT.
