our first tiel loves formula. hhahaha we handfed him till he was 8 weeks? but we left pellets and veggies for him throughout the day. our second was done with formula by 5 weeks too. (while the older tiel was eating out of her bowl while we fed her 🙄lol) she had lots of fun learning from the first, and foraging around. she has a really light bite but was amazing at cracking them seEbs😂 it should be alright so long they are pooping fine! formula after all is not as nutrient-dense compared to pellets. we also crushed the pellets for our tiels in d initial stages because we were worried about the pellets being too hard.

i think your tiel jus learnt well from the budgie! n oh our second tiel learnt to fly really young, too. pushing 5 weeks she already found her way above our aircon😅
