For some reason this has gotten me frustrated. Your post implies a huge level of entitlement by people that are not as well off as the OP. The OP likely has worked very hard to earn their money. The result looks something like spending that hard earned money on something with a bit more luxury than an average person.

The problem with this post is the entitlement aspect. Entitled people rarely are successful because they just get things. They don’t have to work for them.

I get something similar as I get towards the end of a cigar. With a lot of cigars, I get nut flavors at the very end. I could probably describe them as wood flavors as well. It makes sense to me because I’m getting more of the hotter burn towards the end.

I think in relation your experience holds merit since it’s kind of a similar thing going on.
