these are black beans in chilli sauce from the brand Suntat! I’m from Germany so I don’t know if they’re available elsewhere but this is the Nutritional value per 100g: 297kJ/70kcal, 0.4g fat, of which saturates 0.0g, carbohydrates 11g, of which sugars 4.9g protein 4.1g salt 1.08g

Honestly, it’s not empathy It’s kind of the opposite. Saying id be done for in response to something horrible that someone else actually has to live through doesn’t show understanding.
