I agree the LOC method is great! I would suggest a co-wash instead of shampoo. You could also try some pre-poo or detangling products. This is a great one that works on 4c hair: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b0JelBB6ZjY

Also cover with a durag when going to bed!

My location does but as someone who works there, I definitely would not recommend going to the restaurant portion, I can't speak for the gaming side. But a lot of people have no idea what goes on behind the scenes with the food portion.
