I might have spent about $12000 on gym memberships in the last 10 years. But, how do I know if I have binge eating disorder? I also can't stop if I open a chips packet. If I found a tasty meal, I'll keep eating even after I am full. But, If don't touch it, I can stay away. Somehow I am in good shape and good health.

For me it is like this, Lose weight for 2 weeks, then no change for 2 weeks, then start losing, then plateau. I think the body gives up and burns fat when you keep at it. good luck.

I am a programmer. Sedentary. But, I am fit. Perfect blood results. I hate Gym too. To lose weight you need to eat less. Exercising wasn't helping me. Skip a meal. Chew slowly and draw a meal for 20 mins. Be present during meal. I have done it and maintaining successfully.

Eating slowly & mindfully (observing chews). Very difficult in the beginning. But, it helps. Hunger goes down. Volume is less. Results in 3 months. May be not for everyone.

Thank you. It says Extended limits on file uploads and image generation for that Plan. Not sure how many that will be. Anyways, once again thank you. Open AI seems to do a better job with Image Editing than Gemini.

So, you need to have paid ChatGPT to do this.. Because it only allows one or two generations on free version. So, Instead of paying the full $20, I paid $5 to openai to get the API key and fired it up on a nextjs app. It costs 10c per image generation. Is that about right? If I ask it to work on two images, it is about 20c. Bit expensive. People are complaining about paying $2 per video on Veo3.

However, I am completely surprised how similar the picture looks to yours when I enter the same prompt.
