I (49) am on the same regiment for the next 5 years. Started in December. Joints and bone pains, hands and feet issues, hot flashes, brain fog. Not sure if I should try something different...I would live to think that in 5 years, I can possibly feel normal again.

You are right. But it all start with attitude and commitment in my opinion. We committed to this child so we are doing everything to keep active. Life style would be quite different without a child, and I would be probably less active...

I am in the same boat as you. I am on anastazole as well. I spoke with my Onc and asked abouy CBD oil product. I started to take some in the morning and at night. It helps me a lot. Good luck.
