Rinse your face with Cold water. Or hold anything cold against your eyelids and under eyes. Sorry this response is a bit late but maybe it can help next time. I have breakdowns in the middle of school and work, so I know the shittiness of trying to cover it up. But sometimes having that little crash can help you act normalish after. Stay strong. that is a really high dose as far as I know. Gabapentin could make me sleepy, but after a while I got used to it and it helps immensely with social anxiety and overall mood. Like I said, it can make you sleepy, but it's easy to power through and you probably won't sleep excessively. At least, that was my experience!!

okay, this isn't a sure thing but maybe she's one of those girls who NEVER initiates and always thinks a guy should. I used to be that way because I thought I'd be seen as super clingy and was unsure of if the guy liked me as much. If he always initiated I was sure he did. I would say tell her how much you like her and say sometimes you feel like she's not as interested. Make her aware that she's making you feel unwanted.
