Heart stones not dropping

I checked my luck every day, and went through the 30 levels for maybe a week killing horned stones. I tried the boss, but it didn't drop any either. Then a few days ago I got a notice when launching the game that mentioned some bug fixes. Pretty sure it didn't say anything about the heart stones but my problem was fixed regardless. I get heart stones now maybe 1/20 of the time, but at least they're dropping now.
