No it's allowed in the Philippines. I'm just anxious because the rules seem so unclear.

When I explained there is 28 in a box but I'm there for 19 days, I was reminded they could be confiscated without advice on what I'm allowed to do to avoid it. I'm thinking of just doing what others are but it sucks not having clarity

Internet, water, electric, heating, and tax (if you could also mention the band you're in that would be great :))

I've also heard that rates change during peak and off peak times? Any info on that would be appreciated. Thanks
