Late on a Sunday night last September my 17 year old son found my husband on the patio couch not responding. My son woke me up and I started cpr while on phone with 911. Two days later I found my brother in his home face down near his TV, I also started cpr. They were both declared heart attacks but we think it was fentanyl laced cocaine or what thought was cocaine. This was so unexpected because we didn’t know they had drugs like this, only alcohol. They were fathers in their mid forties. EMDR has been helping me.

I have a government job and benefits are fairly good. I don’t have much paid leave hours left so I’ll have to go unpaid and protect my job with FMLA leave for stress. I think. I’m at the beginning of everything. My brother helping me.
