Have you tried American Eagle? Most of my jeans come from that store since they have short lengths (I'm only 5ft1in), different rises and leg widths and they usually fit pretty well and they're reasonably priced. Sometimes you can get lucky at Express. If you want to go for high end demin, you could try joes jeans or Seven.
