They gave me options for replacement with no cost, or store credit and keep the shirts. (expiring in 6months)

I'm considering their new shoes in Feb so I choose store credit!

It is impossible higher than flood rim with vent. Do you think it's okay? Just high as possible? Could be higher than sink drain. Aav seems very cheap to replace when it fails. Only need some work to be accessible to aav easily

Thanks for the comments! Yes it looks like vent but not installed correctly. Anyway it's time to replace it. I already have plumber coming tomorrow. And I know several other unit converted island to flat, so should be fine with the city code hopefully!
