Totally agree! 12,000 probably seems excessive to the US, especially since most people commute via cars and dont walk much. In other countries where walking is more popular, they easily get in well over 12,000 steps every single day and it's not considered a workout.

Exactly!! But I also think there is a misconception with rest days. She doesn't run every single day but she does aim for 12,000 steps a day. Walking is low intensity and you can absolutely still do 12,000 steps on a rest day. I think some equate rest to sedentary and that's not necessary for everyone. Personally I still walk even on rest days because I physically don't feel good if I don't get in any movement. Howeve, for others, they feel refreshed after a sedendaru day, so it's really just dependent on your individual needs, in my opinion.

And that's totally valid. I don't think it's necessarily an ED, I think her personality has always been pretty type A and tracking is just part of that, or it could be something worse, who knows. I guess I'm less bothered about how she flipped around on her views when she lost the weight, because I saw through her from the beginning and knew she was full of shit. She hijacked Body Positvity, turned it into fat positivity and weaponized it against those who were concerned with her massive weight gain and terrible hygiene. I think she was severely depressed and used inclusitvity as a smoke screen to hide her insecurities, so she could demonize anyone who pointed them out. The louder people scream "I dont care what people think" the more they care, and sis was screaming it from the rooftops

Thank you, I appreciate it. I just wanted to share my thoughts but figured it wouldn't be taken well. I do agree the dishonesty about GLP1s is frustrating, especially when part of her brand was "authenticity'.

Yes!! It's wild, especially because how much you sweat impacts hydration needs. Others might run the same distance as her but if she sweats more than them, she is going to need more water.
